Present:  Ginni McByrne, Jim McByrne, Roger Sweet, Wendy Pelletier, Eric White, Becky Cummings.  Also Leslie Casey (Planning Board), Peggy Martin (Recreation) and Laura Merrifield (Selectmen).

Minutes from the March meeting were accepted as read.

Eric introduced Leslie Casey (planning board) who came to present the results of her survey, “Sullivan Outdoor Public Space Planning”.

Minutes of the December meeting were accepted as read.

Minutes of December 15, 2015

Present:  Ginni McByrne, Jim McByrne, Wendy Pelletier, Roger Sweet, Eric White and Becky Cummings.  Leslie Casey from the Sullivan Planning Board.

The minutes of the November meeting were accepted as read.

Eric introduced Leslie Casey to all present.  She explained the Planning Board recently completed the updated Master Plan for the town and there is a lack of recreational facilities in the town.  What could be done – specifically with Jewett Park?  

Minutes of November 17, 2015

Present:   Ginni McByrne, Jim McByrne, Eric White, Chip Woodbury&Becky Cummings.

Minutes of the October meeting were approved as read.

Eric referred to correspondence from Bob Dillberger (Mason Conservation Commission) who drafted the pipeline letter we approved a few months ago.  Dillburger relayed he had received a reply from Gov. Maggie Hassen stating she is “not for or against the pipeline at this time; more information is needed and we should proceed slowly weighing the benefits and concerns.”

Minutes of October 18, 2015

Present:  Eric White, Hilliare Wilder, Chip Woodbury and Becky Cummings.

Minutes of the August meeting were accepted as read.  No meeting was held in September.

There was a brief discussion on the proposed pipeline and that the company is now thinking of making some of the communities along the route accessible to the gas.

The Monadnock Conservancy is looking for volunteers to monitor some of their protected lands.

Minutes of August 18, 2015

Present: Ginni McByrne, Jim McByrne, Eric White, Hilliare Wilder and Becky Cummings.

The minutes of the June meeting were accepted as read.

Eric opened the meeting with announcements of various conservation meetings, seminars, etc. in the area.  The annual meeting of the NH Association of Conservation Commissions will be held on Nov. 7th.  Interested members are encouraged to attend.

Intents to Cut filed since the last meeting include:  Gerald Grant on Ferry Brook Road and Jeremy Kinson on Centre St.
