SULLIVAN PLANNING BOARD

Minutes of the Meeting of August 5, 2009

Chairman Bob Switzer called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Michelle Degree, Dave Jakway, Laura Lewandowski, and Ann Sweet. Absent was Barry Grass . Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen.

Minutes of the meeting of July 1, 2009, were accepted as distributed.

Chairman Bob Switzer called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Barry Grass, Laura Lewandowski, and Ann Sweet. Absent were Michelle Degree and Dave Jakway. Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen.

Minutes of the meeting of June 3, 2009, were accepted as distributed.

A&L Trucking

Chairman Bob Switzer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members  Michelle Degree, Barry Grass, Dave Jakway, Laura Lewandowski,  and Ann Sweet. Absent  was Joe Fitzpatrick. Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen. 

Minutes of the meeting of May 6, 2009, were accepted as distributed.

Chairman Bob Switzer called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members  Dave Jakway and Ann Sweet. Absent were Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick, and Barry Grass . Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen.  Also present was Laura Lewandowski, who responded to newsletter call for new planning board members.

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Barry Grass, Dave Jakway, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Absent were Michelle Degree and Joe Fitzpatrick . Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen. Also present were Barbara Atwood and Keith and Peggy Martin.

Minutes of the meeting of March 4, 2009, were accepted as distributed.

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Keith Martin, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Absent were Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick and Dave Jakway. Cheryl Labadie represented the selectmen. Barry Grass came to express his interest in joining the planning board. He will be sworn in by the selectmen March 9.

Minutes of the meeting of February 4, 2009, were accepted as distributed.

At 7:02 p.m., in the absence of the chairman, the secretary called the members to order. Present were members Dave Jakway, Keith Martin, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Absent were Joe Fitzpatrick, Michelle Degree, and Chairman Steve Hamilton. There was no selectmen’s representative.

The secretary asked for a nomination for a chairman pro tem. A motion (Martin/Jakway) to have Mr. Switzer preside passed without dissent.

Budget
Town budget hearings begin next week. No increase will be requested.

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Michelle Degree, Dave Jakway, Keith Martin, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. There was no selectmen‘s representatives. Joe Fitzpatrick was absent. The Road Agent, Randy Smith, was also present.
