Planning Board Minutes

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were members Joe Fitzpatrick, Keith Martin, Ann Sweet and Bob Switzer. Richard Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Absent were Michelle Degree and Dave Jakway. Present was Selectman Richard Labadie. Mr. Martin substituted for Ms. Degree.

Minutes of the meeting of January 3. 2007, were approved as distributed.

In the absence of the chairman, Bob Switzer called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. Present, in addition to the acting chairman, were members Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick, Dave Jakway, Keith Martin, and Ann Sweet. Richard Labadie represented the selectmen. Members of the public, Doug and Kathy Valley and Roger Sweet, were present on business. Chairman Steve Hamilton joined the meeting during the public hearing.

Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Two members of the public, Doug Valley and Chris Pratt, were present on business. Also present were Selectman Richard Labadie, David Barrett, Michael Brown, Beth Fernald, Raymond MacLean, Fred Stewart, and Roger Sweet.

Keith Martin was attending the second Law Lecture, and Bob Switzer was at the Roxbury planning board meeting seeking the necessary permission to begin the wireless communications program in the area. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. A member of the public, Doug Valley, was present on business.

Exploration of a subdivision possibility on Gilsum Road
Donald Temple of 150 Gilsum Road is considering subdividing his 4 acre lot into two. He was given the most recent version of the subdivision regulations.

Meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Chairman Steve Hamilton. Other members present included Dave Jakway, Keith Martin, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Absent were Michelle Degree and Joe Fitzpatrick. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Chairman Hamilton asked Mr. Martin to substitute for Ms. Degree.

Meeting was called to order at 7:02PM by Chairman Steve Hamilton. Other members present included Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick, Keith Martin, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. There was no selectmen's representative. Also absent was Dave Jakway. Chairman Hamilton asked Mr. Martin to substitute for Mr. Jakway.

Minutes of the meeting of the June 21 boundary walk on new line dividing Toutant property were approved as distributed.

Also present were Selectman Richard Labadie, prospective planning board member Keith Martin, along with Charles and Mary Toutant and Cindy Brooks and Butch Brooks for the Toutant subdivision hearing.

The secretary called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m. in the absence of the chairman. Joe Fitzpatrick agreed to serve at chairman pro tem. Present were members Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Absent were Steve Hamilton and Dave Jakway. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Selectman Dick Labadie was also present.
