Planning Board Minutes

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Present, in addition to the chairman, were planning board members Michelle Degree, Geoff Gardner, Bob Switzer, and Ann Sweet. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Absent were Joe Fitzpatrick and Dave Jakway. The chairman asked Ms. Degree to assume Mr. Jakway’s voting status for the meeting.

Present, in addition to the chairman, were Michelle Degree, Joe Fitzpatrick, Geoff Gardner, Dave Jakway, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Selectman Richard Labadie was also present.

Minutes of the meeting of May 4, 2005, were approved as distributed.

Chairman Steve Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. In addition to the chairman, present were Joe Fitzpatrick, Geoff Gardner, Dave Jakway, Ann Sweet, and Bob Switzer. Rick Hotchkiss represented the selectmen. Selectman Dick Labadie was also present. Absent was Michelle Degree.

Minutes of the meeting of February 2 were approved as distributed after a correction in the first sentence, moving "into two parcels" after "subdivision."

Chairman Hamilton welcomed Michelle Degree, the board’s newest alternate member.

Also present were selectmen Mike Carney and Dick Labadie in addition to members of the public: Michelle Degree, Jason Yarosz, and Roger Sweet.
