ANTIS VARIANCE

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

May 17, 2011

Continuance from the May 6, 2011 meeting

ZBA Members present:  Stephen Hamilton, acting Chairman, Roger Sweet, Laura Lewandowski and Ron Hull.

Abutters and public present: Mark Smith, Michele Degree, Ann Sweet, Rick Hotchkiss, David Swett, Barbara Labadie, Eleanor Kordt, Scott Alexander and Eric White.

At 7:00 p.m., Chairman Stephen Hamilton announced that the meeting would start in approximately ten minutes.

Chair, Stephen Hamilton reopened the meeting from the May 6^th continuance, at 7:14 p.m.  He asked if anyone was present to represent Bruce Antis. There was none present.

He then requested a motion to deny the variance due to lack of evidence of a deed showing right of way into the Antis property and the property having no road frontage.

Ron Hull made a motion to deny the variance as stated. 

Roger Sweet then seconded the motion.

Motion was made and seconded and passed with a unanimous vote.

Mr. Hamilton also stated that the ZBA had not received any notices or calls from Mr. Antis or Mr. Little.  They may, however, reapply to the ZBA for any further action.

Meeting adjourned at 7:18 P.M.
