Selectmen Present: Richard Hotchkiss, Bob Thayer, Cheryl Labadie

City Officials Present: Al Henry, Randy Smith

The Meeting was called to order at 7:30pm

Payroll and Bills Approved

Neel Patel, from Southwest Region Planning Commission, was present. Discussion with Al Henry and Randy Smith, Randy reviewed maps with Neel. Updates need to be made, plans were approved per updates made.

Purchase order for H.O.P. Sales & Service was approved.

Septic Plans for 5 Arlen Drive, Selectmen reviewed plans. Fawn to send letter.

Discussion about the public hearing, on the proposed 2009 Budget.

The Meeting Minutes from January 26, 2009 were approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm
