Minutes of February 9, 2009

Selectmen Present: Richard Hotchkiss, Bob Thayer, Cheryl Labadie

City Officials Present: Al Henry, Randy Smith

The Meeting was called to order at 7:30pm

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Richard Hotchkiss made motion to up the amount of the purchase orders to $500.00, Cheryl Labadie Second.

Intent to cut was approved and signed.

Septic Plans reviewed: 3-004-002 was denied.

3-004-000 and 3-004-001 were approved and signed.

Minutes of February 2, 2009 were approved.

Selectmen reviewed the letter from Town Attorney, Beth Fernald.

The Meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm
