Minutes of November 17, 2008

Selectmen present: Rick Hotchkiss, Cheryl Labadie 

City Officials present: Al Henry, Randy Smith 

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm 

Payroll and bills were accepted. 

A purchase order was signed by the Selectmen for Jeff Bergeron, he is setting up a new town website: The website is called Your town on line, this website will give more information and will be interactive, Sullivan citizens can participate in surveys, blogs and various things. We are looking forward to this happening. 

Property tax warrant was signed by the Selectmen. 

2008 Tax Rate Calculation was signed by Selectmen. 

The Selectman budget was reviewed; the Town welfare allotment will be increased due to the economy. 

The Selectmen signed purchase order for Fireman’s Assoc. dues. 

The minutes from 11/3 and 11/10 were approved. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
