Minutes of November 3, 2008

Selectmen present: Rick Hotchkiss, Bob Thayer 

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm 

Town bills were reviewed and accepted. 

Payroll and bills were accepted. 

The selectmen signed the MS-5 forms; this report contains information that is used to set the new tax rate. 

A raffle permit was signed for the Sullivan library; they are conducting a quilt raffle on Saturday November 8. 

A building permit was approved for Ricardo Garcia; this is part of the Toutant subdivision. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
