Minutes of Oct. 26, 2009

Selectmen Present: Cheryl Labadie, Mark Paquette and Bob Thayer

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.

Payroll and Bills were approved.

Worker’s Compensation Program (insurance): the town’s current 3-year membership agreement is set to expire. A 5-year membership agreement is now offered with a 7.5% annual discount. The Selectmen signed the agreement.

Budget update as of 10/23/09: Both the Selectmen’s budget and overall summary was provided for the Selectmen’s review.

Resident Present: Dale Paquette came to get an intent to cut signed by the selectmen he would like to take 60 ton of hemlock that is 2-3 truck loads. Selectmen signed the intent.

The United Way donation comes out of the Selectmen’s budget.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
