Minutes of September 22, 2008

Selectmen Present: Richard Hotchkiss, Bob Thayer 

Others Present: Randall Smith (Road Agent), Neil Henry (Fire Chief), Christine Therrien (Citizens Bank) 

Meeting called to order 7:30pm. 

C. Therrien presented information regarding financial service offerings; she will follow-up with a written proposal. 

Payroll and bills were approved. 

N. Henry stated that the scrap metal drive organized by the Fire Department and Conservation Commission was held over the past weekend and was a great success. Over $1,900 was received from Scrap It, Inc. and will be shared by the Fire Company and Conservation Commission. 

R. Smith submitted two purchase orders for the acquisition of winter sand and the associated trucking fees to the Board for approval. 

Meeting adjourned 8:15pm.
